Our Warranty
We certify your project to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of acceptance. We will, at our expense, repair or replace
all such defective material, all such defective workmanship, and all other work performed by McCall Electric, Inc. which becomes defective during the term of this warranty. Defects caused by other craft's workmanship, maintenance workmanship, additional and/or the use of additional subcontractors that may or may not affect the installation, workmanship of material, labor supplied by McCall Electric, Inc. are not warranted. Also not warranted is any and all defects which were not detected at the time of examination of other's work.
The use of any or another electrical contractor that may pertain to existing and/or replacement of any or all installation work, labor performed by McCall Electric, Inc. may cause termination of said warranty.
This subcontractor will not be held responsible for normal wear and tear nor any and all damages caused by others, acts of nature, or any other defects caused beyond this subcontractor's control.
